i am seeing long black threads type something in my child's stool from past 1 month almost. i have already given him zentel 2 doses...he has started eating solids like cerelac suji banana and apple and since then he is having extreme gas problem too. he is also on breastfeed n very rare top feed. i am taking surbex z and cac plus. i have his diaper's pic if needed. please help me.
