WSalam, Ap ne kafi mahdood malomaat di hein. Yeh bazahir allergic reaction ki nishani ho sakte hai, from antibiotics. Aap unka mouth wash karwayen aur agar loose motions bhi ho rahe hain, to unhe ORS dena zaroori hai taake wo hydrated rahen. Aapko pediatrician se dubara consult karna hoga, taake different antibiotics prescribe kar sakein agar infection hai, aur agar allergic reaction ho raha hai to treatment ko adjust kiya ja sake.
