Mucus With Blood In Stool

Question

My son age 3 had a fever three days ago and than start motion (Not water) frequency 1 to 2 per day. Today he had cramp in his stomach and pass mucus with blood with stool (one time). Is this bacterial infection? and what should I offer him in meals?
