Talk to Pediatrician on My Bother Having High Fever From 4-5 Days And Dirrhea And Headache

Hello my brother having high fever from 4-5 days and we usually giving calpol plus syrup to him 4-5 time in a day but fever lower and comes after 4 hours in this he also have dirrhea and severe headache we did laboratrical test and in which we MP that is clear and cbc and urine dr and blood culture we saw 2 3 doctors but they give same medicine and some antibiotic syrup but he is not improving we are onset syrup slso what he eats that should be came out do you vomitting and dirrhea suggest what to do we are very tensed about it
