kindly check temperature 8 hourly with the because sometimes baby body will shows tht your child have fever but we called fever whn temp record on thermometer 100.5 f so kindly recorded and consult it if it's 100.5 online or visit your nearby child specialist for an assessment purpose
record temperature on thermometer 8hourly and do CBC and ESR meanwhile Panadol will be effective if not so then consult with your pediatrion for further workup
