Newborn Not Taking Enough Feed

Question

My newborn is 9 day old and Is on formula feed as baby is not latching properly mother feed not given from last 2 days baby is taking just 30 ml of formula feed in last eight hours like it’s very less from the amount that should be taken is it worrisome?? What should be ideal ml range per day for newborn and how to increase baby feed as baby is not drinking milk ??

give 30 ml or one ounce feed every 3hourly
if not kindly take baby to any hospital with nursery
otherwise her sugar level will get low or it can be sign of infection too
