ASALMOALIKUM..blood in stool plus occult blood is red flag,getting answers online is bad option. child needs proper examination and management.
your baby has milk protein allergy. you will need to change baby's milk and also visit a gastroenterologist for further followup.
hence the follow up was advised because milk protein allergy is just one of the differentials of blood in stool of an infant
