my baby is 6 months old and recently he developed a pus filled pimple on his left thigh we popped the pimple amd drained the water out yesterday but it came back after few hours now the pimple has gone but the skin around the pimple seems hard and still is leaking some liquid

yes but its been six months he got his first shot in this area and since then skin around it always feels hard but now he has this pimple

I urge you not to pop stuff like that at home by yourself as it may introduce more bacteria to the area due to insufficient anti bacterial measures. it could be an abscess and needs to be properly incised and drained. is the area over and around it warm and red and tender to touch?
