My son is having puss in his finger just with the nail. what should i apply? he is 11 months old and take his hands in mouth also

Give small pinch and take out all puss and then apply polyfax
This is called Paronychia (a nail bed infection). This needs to be drained with a sterile needle, and oral and topical antibiotics are given. Give Syp. Augmentin (156mg) - 1/2 teaspoon three times daily for 5 days and Syp. Calpol (120mg) - 1 teaspoon three times daily for pain. Apply Polyfax eye ointment (pink) over the lesion three times daily. Insha Allah will get better.
