My 3 months old is having rashes in her nappy area.

Apply rashnil cream on that area 3 times a day after washing that area... And stop it when rashes are gone. To avoid rashes u can also apply it when u put the diaper on.
use sudorash cream & nexton anti rash powder
use diapers of any good quality
frequently change diaper
Alongwith applying rash cream,Give your baby some rash free time until his nappy rash is resolved.Let the bottom air dry then wear the pamper!Also follow the protocol of 6 diapers in 24 hrs.That means you need to change the diaper every 6 hrs.Best of luck
