1. If these spots appeared after viral illness then it could be post viral infection
2. If these were after fever like when child was having high grade fever and fever subsided n now rash then this is Roseolla infantum which occurs once fever goes away then you just need to give supportive treatment
3. If it occurred on face hand feet and mouth then it could b hand foot mouth dx
Sometimes allergy to some food, fabric some pets or pollens or dust mites can also cause it.
Need proper history and clear picture to diagnos her.
Hope my answer helped you!

Viral Exanthema (Viral Rash) 50% Chance

Diagnosis

Viral exanthems are common in young children and present as red spots or rashes appearing suddenly on the face, belly, and back. They are usually caused by common viral infections such as roseola, measles, or rubella, especially in toddlers.

Treatment

Treatment is generally supportive, including maintaining hydration, fever management with paracetamol or ibuprofen, and monitoring for complications. Most viral rashes resolve spontaneously within 7-10 days. Avoid any allergenic substances or irritants. Keep the skin clean and dry.
