My son's age is 5 year old. He feels pain in his belly. And have fever for some days.. We visit the Dr but he is not feeling well... He has swelling in his tonsils.. Dr gave him antibiotics and cough syrup plus calpol syrup.. But he has still issue. Kindly tell what to do
