Talk to Pediatrician on Vomiting And Loose Motion

my one year old son was suddenly suffering from vomiting at night and then checked by child specialist and he suggested some medication like inj:Amikacin Sulphate 50 mg inj:Ceftazidime 250 mg syp:Zink Sulphate after using these medications he is still feeling weakness.and kindly suggest me a good diet to recover from it
if still feel weekness need few blood labs and better to chk physically
Zinc sulphate has bitter taste and it causes vomitting,,, inmediately stop it and check for signs of infection like fever etc… if fever then give antibiotic otherwise consult online with me for more proper diagnosis and management after evaluation
there was no need for such strong antibiotics, just medicine for vomiting and antibiotics if there was infection. give him ors he will recover.
