Talk to Pediatrician on What Kind Of Jaundice?

I'm Attaching L.F.T Report of My son, He is 4 years and 2 months old.
The Doctor who Recommended this test he was not Sure about the symptoms after seeing the report and he Referred me to the paediatric.
From the past two days Im examining that my Son's eyes are Pale and he is doing Motion twice a his urine is also still he is full active and eating food property.
Kindly Need Guidance & Expert opinion.

his LFTs are not normal get consultation from pediatrician
why did the doctor recommended LFTs?
what's the stool colour? eyes are yellow? vomiting? lethargic?
I think report should be repeated from a known laboratory if the child has no symptoms
Hello, it seems like he’s having jaundice. You need to get him checked with paediatrician. As jaundice can be manage at home or might need admission depending on the patient condition + reports and examination. Give him light diet, boiled water and let him rest for few days at home.
Send hepatitis marker it looks like hepatits A .
Increase hydration ,start soft and only home made food if start abdominal pain and more yellow colour book appointmen online

It's a Viral infection and is caused by contaminated water drinking or poor hygiene.
I recommend Handwashing and drinking boil water and soft diet.
Show him to your nearest Child specialist intercon for further investigation and management.
