I've anxiety issues. but from last few months I'm seeing obsessive reactions to any problem. even if someone said something tiny bit I will keep thinking about it for days until it gets sorted. I can't sleep whole night and will keep thinking about different scenarios of situation. I try to shift my focus but its useless. it takes 2 3 days to get over a small problem. how to solve this?

A few people know how to treat obsessive compulsive disorder. Pl find some competent person for treatment and get treatment as early as possible otherwise the ocd will start knitting net and it will be more difficult for you to come out of it. And pl pl dont take unnecessary medicines for OCD
