I have experienced social phobia throughout my childhood. I didn't have a single friend during my childhood. I tremble , sweat and stutter in social situations or groups situations. My mind goes blank and feal weak when i am in classroom or groups . I feel fearful when talking to a person of authority or a girl . And this is not a phase ; all my life I felt the same .I intend to appear in CSS exams in 2 years . Can my anxiety be cured ? What should I do ?
