I think so your baby needs detailed clinical examination for diagnosis and management.Better see a Child specialist in person.
chest congestion or constipation ka best or effective medicine homeopathic medicine hy bar bar problem nai ho gi inshallah pareshan na hon detail bat kr lain kindly book appointment with me
It is normal for a 3 month baby who is exclusively fed on breast milk to poop less frequently, sometimes even once in 7-10 days, as long as the stool is soft when passed and he is otherwise active and feeding well. Frequent use of suppositories is not recommended unless prescribed by a doctor, so avoid giving glycerine suppositories regularly. Do not use Digas drops unless prescribed by a doctor as it can also contribute to constipations. Tummy massages, bicycle leg movements, and keeping him well-hydrated through breastfeeding can help. Since he has had chest congestion for 2 weeks, completed a 5-day antibiotic course, but still has chest sounds and moderate fever, you should consult another pediatrician for a reassessment, as the infection may not be fully resolved. Regarding vaccination, mild illness is usually not a contraindication. Avoid delaying vaccines for too long, but if needed, get them done once he is stable. Dr. Raza (MD, USA)
