Talk to Pediatrician on Spit-ups And Crying

My son is 3 months old and has been spitting milk since 1st week. The spit up is not Projectile or forceful. But after every feed he spits-up some. Some details about him are: His weight on birth was 2.8kg and now he is 5.8kg Doesn't sleeps like 15-16 hours as i heard kids do He is almost on mother feed Sometimes excessively cries and refuses the feed Passes stool after 2-3 days (from the age of 5 weeks). 4-5 diaper changes. Got his ultrasound from two different places (Wateem and IDC), 1 cleared the ultrasound (Wateem, a senior radiologist), second (IDC) has directed problem in intestine (15mm of size). What shoud i do and from i can get a credible scan
