Constipation can be distressing for both the baby and the mother. Here are some counseling points for a mother to help relieve with constipation:

Dietary Changes
1. *Breastfeeding*: Continue breastfeeding as it helps soften the stool.
2. *Prune juice*: Offer 1-2 teaspoons of prune juice after feeding to help stimulate bowel movements.
3. *Fruit and vegetable purees*: Introduce pureed fruits like apricots, peaches, and pears, and vegetables like peas and carrots, which are high in fiber.

Hydration
1. *Water intake*: Offer water after feeding solid foods to help soften the stool.
2. *Electrolyte-rich fluids*: If the baby shows signs of dehydration, offer electrolyte-rich fluids like coconut water or oral rehydration solutions.
3. Avoid giving food in excess which are made from dairy, avoid bakery products and products made from refined wheat flour.
Physical Activity
1. *Tummy massage*: Gently massage the baby's tummy in a clockwise direction to help stimulate bowel movements.
2. *Physical activity*: Place the baby on their tummy to help strengthen their abdominal muscles and improve bowel movements.

Bowel Habits
1. *Establish a routine*: Establish a regular feeding schedule to help regulate bowel movements.
2. *Monitor stool frequency*: Keep track of the baby's stool frequency and consistency to identify any changes.

Medical Attention
1. *Consult a pediatrician*: If the baby shows any of the following symptoms, consult a pediatrician:
- Blood in stool
- Vomiting
- Abdominal pain
- Fever
- Refusal to feed
2. *Medication*: If the pediatrician recommends, use glycerin suppositories or lactulose to help soften the stool.

: Constipation is a common issue in infants, and with the right guidance, it can be managed.
2. *Follow-up*: Schedule a follow-up appointment with the pediatrician to monitor the baby's progress and adjust the management plan as needed.

Remember, every baby is different, and it may take some trial and error to find the right approach. Encourage the mother to be patient and work closely with her pediatrician to manage her baby's constipation.

Try to give her a lot of water, cut down her milk 2-3 times a day and take her more towards a solid diet like roti, daily routine meal.Of not not relieved then you can give her skilax drops 1 drop per day
