yeh awaaz reshay ki waja se ati hai Jo galaxy main girta hai. Uske liye aap Salinase nasal drops use Kerain 2 drops in both nostrils and clear secretions with bulb sucker and do this 4 to 6 times a day. Raat ko sarr ooncha rakhein aur chaati ki warzish Kerain. I will send a link on how to do chest exercise. no need to give any extra medicine
