Talk to Pediatrician on Chronic Constipation

Special request for a Peads Gastroenterologist to see & opine on below post*
My son aged 3 years & 3 months (weight: 14KGs) haved had a chronic constipation developed when he was less than 2 years of age. The peads advised him Cas**r oil and wheat de**rin F*ber along with a laxative syrup to which he didn't respond positively. We had another opinion when saw him crying and restless during passing stool. He had a little blood in the poo with painful bowel movements. The second opinion suggested to have he use the mo**ol sachets for some good one year with a gradual tapering quantity, watch & see protocol. After an year, with the minimal dosage of said sachets he was passing stool as per his routine i.e. every 3rd or 4th day but no pain, no blood and we were relived. We stopped him the sachets and he is still having that traumatic washroom time. Frequency of stool is now 5th , 6th day which painful stools.

I can really understand your concerns and worry as a parent seeing child like this is really stressful..
could you please tell these questions answer 1st just to understand hes having any organic cause or functional constipation .
1.when did he pass his 1st stool after birth
2.was he formula fed or mothers milk
3.was there constipation issues from the beginning or started later when potty training done?
4.what is his appetite like
5.how much water intake fiber and fruits and vegetables
6.is he anemic if you have tested for it before
7.does he uses screen time and holds his poo
8.how he sits on toilet is there any stool or stairs underneath
9.movicol sachets used for how long?

He was on motherfeed and passed his stool normal (don't remember when did he first pass stool) .
Intake of water is sufficient. Choosy in food intake. He likes to eat egg (but not regularly), yogurt, bananas (whenever available). Not yet potty trained. Diapers routine.
Movcol since 14 months and continue.
The complaint of constipation started when his age was 18 months .
If we stop giving him movcol for 5-6 days , only glycerin suppository will help him ease constipation.
Regarding Anemia, not tested recently.
Kindly diagnose/ Rx.
