Ap usko syrup zental 10ml dain and then repeat after 14 days. Start syp Iron and give it empty stomach in the morning. Syp ko milk k sath nahi dena and syrup dene k 20-25 minutes tk khane ki koi cheez nahi deni. Sath usko roti choori qeema or gosht khilayen.
first deworm the child with syp. Vermox 2.5 mp twice daily and then start iron therapy with syp.maltofer 2mg/ kg body weight atleast can be given 5 ml once daily after meals for 3 months

syp vermox 5 ml twice a day for 3 days, syp intig d 5ml once a day for 3 months, syp lederplex 5ml once a day for 3 months
