Talk to Pediatrician on Not Start Talk
Asking for Other, Female, 2 years old, Bahawapur
My daughter is 2 year old. She can't start talk till now. Me and my wife in is tension why this happen.. plz guide us.

Start to give him Tab. Ceregin 1.5mg, half table daily for 2 months.

is there no speech at all? ya proper words nai bol rae? any other thing that's worrisome? sometimes some children start speaking around 2.5 and it's fine unless koi aur delays nai hoon

agar social hai, eye contact maintained hai, koi family history nai speech delay ki and Baki sab development on time horai toh ap abhi bhi at least 6 months wait karke dekhein. bachay se Ghar pe baatein karein and usse reinforce karein Kay woh at least words repeat karein. jese dekhoooo aeroplane, bolo aeroplane and when the kid says, clap and appreciate

You need proper CNS examination and history,,, to find out the cause. Developmental assessment is also necessary,,, find a nearest pediatrician and get consultation

Speech and language delay can be due to different reason. You need to get her hearing checked as children will hearing issues are unable to develop speech. Other reason could be just social isolation and child do start talking once they see other children in nursery or school. If she does not improve and have symptoms of social isolation , stereotyped behaviour then autistic spectrum disorder should be ruled out. There are other rare causes but can’t discuss all here. I am happy to advise via video call.
