He can hear when someone is using a mobile phone, and he can say simple things like “give me this” or “turn on the fan.” Other than this, he still cannot speak properly.
His mother also started speaking late in her childhood. Additionally, during his early childhood, he was given many antibiotic injections for a stomach illness.
How can the skin sores and rashes be treated? It is difficult for us to wash all the bedding and do the treatment at the same time because our house is small. We also have not consulted an ENT specialist yet.

ASA regarding SCABIES it gets Eradicated if medicine is used properly and certain other actions.
Give bath to baby apply Lotrix Cream from Toes offeetupto nappy area purest of body upto neck behind ears hands in between fingers behind ears.
Only don't apply one yes Nose and mouth.
After 24 hrs Again give bath..in between wash All clothes soak in detmold wash with warm water and dry in sunlight plus All bedding.
It has to be done to All Children and household members.
Regarding inability to speak he has to be Assesed for his hearing Vision plus child psychologist and speech therapist to Reach a diagnosis.
