AslamoAlekum. My 14 months old son was completely fine, suddenly he started breathing very fast, he is very restless. I have given him azomax 2 weeks before because he had chest wheezing that time, now doctor again prescribed cefspan, is it okay to give him antibiotics second time in 1 month? Also tell me what to do im very much worried

its is ok to give as far as he has Respiratory Problems. But thing is why he is having this problem 2nd time in a month. . try to reach out the cause. . Foreign body can be there too at this age. . Consult your Pediatrician for proper examination and workup

If there is wheeze in chest. Is there history of allergy like rash asthma in family?Then maybe she is suffering from reactive airway disease..Can consult online for further opinion
chest wheezing can be a sign of allergy and not infection, you need some tests and evaluation to diagnose it, if he has fever and any signs of infection, antibiotics can be given again if needed
he might be having allergy, so u can withhold antibiotic and give him syp zatofen 2.5ml twice a day for 3 months and syp acefyl cough 2.5ml 3 times a day for 7 days, nebulize with Ventolin and atem 3 times a day for 3 days.
avoid allergens
