Talk to Pediatrician on Recurrent Cough And Flu Without Fever

I would like to consult you regarding my 1.4-year-old son. He has been experiencing recurrent cough and flu for the past several days. He does not have a fever. In between, he becomes completely fine for about a week, but then the cough and flu return again. Overall, he is healthy, active, and eating well. I would appreciate your guidance on what could be causing this recurring issue and what course of treatment or action you would recommend. Thank you for your time and assistance.

if the baby becomes completely fine in between, its not worrying. as inants and toddlers can have upto 7 to 8 viral upper respiratory infections in a year. especially in seasons like winters . so no need to worry if his weight is normal and good appetite
it must be allergic,give Syp Desora half tsf daily in evening for 14days,Syp Brethin half tsf three times a day for one week and Tablet Myeteka 4mg chewable daily at night for one month

Give him Syp Softin 05 ml before sleep at night for 07 days.
Syp Arìnac 01 Tsf 08 hrly for 03 days.
Give green fea with honey and yakhni .
Recurring of symptoms in children under 5 years ,is normal , their immunity is not built up enough to bear weather change ,so their body response , but your diet management for your baby is good enough ,Ma Shaa Alla.
