If its increasing in size causing pain the only option is to get it removed. It will not go aaay with medicines. Surgery is the only option and its not a big surgery can be done as a local or day care surgery.

why r u reluctant about surgery? Its a very minor operation with almost no pain during or after operation.
Do not find non-surgical options for a surgical pathology. You can end up in quacks hands. Excision of lipoma is a very minor procedure
