Seborrheic keratosis is a condition in which brown, black or light tan growth on the face, chest, and shoulders or back appears. The growth has a waxy and scaly appearance. Seborrheic keratosis are not cancerous and may be of following types
Is round or oval shaped
Has a specific “pasted on" look
Flat or slightly elevated and scaly appearance
Ranges in size from very small to more than 1 inch
May be itchy
Seborrheic keratosis is normally not causing pain or discomfort and require no special treatment.
