Heart Palpitations

Sometimes my heart beat gets really slow and at other times it is really fast. Is this a heart disease and does it mean I have an unhealthy heart?

Can you please suggest something to reduce the palpitations?

Having to have heart beat faster at times is a normal phenomenon as in case of anxiety, before exams or before presentation etc. It needs to be evaluated only if you get it frequently and with any associated symptoms like chest pain, breathlessness or dizziness etc.
However, having a very slow heart beat and still feeling it is far from normal. It should be evaluated by a physician or cardiologist in clinic.

Thanks
