Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

I have a friend who rubbed her genitals with her husband but she doesn't want pregnancy right now. She was on her ovulation period but the guy didn't penetrate. They just rubbed their genitals with each other. Is there still a chance she can get pregnant. He ejaculated outside of her, away from her vulva but the pre ejaculate might have touched the vulva. Please guide further on this.
