More than 85% of people over 60 have cervical spondylosis. Most people have no symptoms. When symptoms appear, non-surgical treatments are often effective. Spondylosis is a vast term referring to the degeneration of the spinal column due to any cause. Commonly it is caused by constant abnormal pressure, from joint subluxation, sports injury and poor posture following symptoms may predict the spinal degeneration
