Brother it looks heart is a weak pump . It can exaggerate symptoms like difficulty in breathing and bilateral lower leg swelling. Also there is chances of tachy arrhythmia and feelings like racing heart. Better to bring the patient to my clinic so that I can further evaluate and examine. So I will advise further plan of treatment.
