Is it okay if we get keratcunous CXL surgery for both eyes at the same time? How long the blurry effect remains?

Yes CXL can be done at the same time for both eyes.
But as far. as the improvement in vision is concerned, remember this procedure is to enhance the corneal bindings that means to make it stronger and to prevent further coning of it. Its never done for Visual improvement. However it has been noted that there is some positive effect on vision as well.

It is usually done for both the eyes in one sitting. Patient will get his or her pretreatment vision back after removal of contact lenses,which are usually applied post treatment. The purpose of the treatment is to strengthen the cornea, and to stop or retard further deterioration. Increase in vision is never the purpose. Although the vision may improve over time.
