Dear Doctors, I am facing left eye problem, got infection on top of eye not in eye due to sun heat. Also no pain and no water. Kindly suggest me as per pic attached.

it is chalazion.not infectious not pain full..it can be removed by minor surgery only for cosmetic reason otherwise nothing to do with it
