I have lactose intolerance. I got bloated after using dairy products. This problem starts 6 years back when I was 16. I visited one or two gastroenterologist and they didn't give any alternate choice but to recommend stop taking dairy products (milk, cheese). I want to consume milk. What should be the best alternative for cow/buffalo milk? Also I want to take some supplements for normal bone growth. What should I take?
