About a year or may be two years ago I started to have strange cases such as blood with stool and also ulcers or wounds in the lip. I went to the doctors a lot, as that both cases are different diseases. The doctor gave me medicine to treat the blood that comes with the stool and sometimes it alone, and he said that the wounds in the mouth will heal on their own after a while .It did not help me in anything and my mouth became full of wounds from the inside of the tongue ,and the roof of the whole mouth, etc now my condition has gotten worse I can no longer eat spicy food and sometimes when I eat fatty food I feel pain in the stomach and there is another case I started talking to me in recent months I started to feel pain In the throat like someone is suffocating me and when I swallow food i feel pain , but I noticed that this condition happened with me for a while and then it disappears for a while and then comes back again Note : I also suffering from anemia before this problem an
There is a chance you might have chrons disease you're going to need an endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis. Get a consultation with a gastroenterologist. And for now stop taking spicy and oily food and make sure eat 2 portions of fruits and vegetables everyday. Limit your coffee or tea intake.
use nilstat oral drops 3 time a day for mouth ulcer.use cap. dexo 60 mg daily before breakfast.avoid spicy food and eat home made healthy food.and do CBC test

Nilstat drops for oral use 3 or 4 times a day.
Omezol tab. 1+1 on empty stomach. for 14 days.
Flagyl tab. 1+1+1. for 14 days.
cefzone inj. one daily for 3 days.
stop eating spicy food, tea, coffee, bakery products, all synthetic sweetners, oily and all outdoor foods.

Please consult gastroenterologist.. it can be crohns disease or ulcerative colitis
you should visit a gastroenterologist and ENT specialist...
Most probably you're suffering from a condition known as Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease). You must consult a gastroenterologist and you may need Colonoscopy for confirmation of the diagnosis.
