Stop tenormin and start taking tab Extor 5/80 mg one tab in morning and monitor your BP daily
apna BP record karain morning and evening time me for 1 week. reduce salt oil and sugar in diet and do exercise regularly. Then after proper checkup and some investigations ur medicine can be changed.
stop using tenormin take any other antihypertensive like norvasc 5 mg after proper history and examination and consulting a medical specialist

4. start excersice
5. and for now take Tab. Norvasc 5mg OD

your diastolic bp is very low..get check up by a cardiologist and then change your medications

Your blood pressure is very low, can akso cause headaches or dizziness

Tenormin is not the first line drug for hypertension. Please have yourself Dr re-evaluate you to start some first line medicine for HTN. Headache and anger has nothing to do with your BP. I have seen this practice of prescribing Beta blockers as first line agent which is wrong.

discontinue tenormin, start taking tab ramipace 5 mg once daily.
120/40 mein 120 toh theek hai but 40 bohat low Bp hai isliye kindly aap Apna ek daily BP chart 2 weeks tak Bna Kr mujhe update krein. Uske elava apni FBS, TSH aur cholesterol Ka blood test krwaye. Agr apko koi cardiac issue ya sugar ki beemari hai to complete history dein phir agar Sahi laga toh apki Medicine change Kr k dekhte Hain. Gusa sirf BP se Nahi koi hormonal change se bhi ho Sakta hai. lifestyle kesa hai aap Ka yeh Sab btaye detail mein for better treatment then I'll get back to you.

well dear Firstly you are using Wrong medication as your Diastolic BP means down blood pressure is at Red line so needs to treat it corectly with a class called clacium channel blockers as your reading of BP 120/40 that needs to be confirmed as well as difference of BP called pulse pressure is very high that may cause aggitation and short tempered behaviour as down pressure very low causing abrupt changes in the itracranial pressure and in cranila vessels so be relax monitor your BP regularly and document it in a book and avoid white saly use Sodium free salt and change your life routine Get yiurself busy in healthy activities if all failed consult psychiatrist clinic
Use Amlodipine 5mg for blood pressure after consulting your doctor and maintain a chart of BP readings twice daily for titration of your medication.
