As far as the reports are concern, 1st and second report is normal. But in 3rd report total leukocytic count is high . May I ask that why you got all these test done and is there any clinical symptoms?
All tests seem to be normal, cholesterol is slightly high so a cutback of fried and fatty food is recommended.

I have gone through reports of your father which are showing urine infection most likely .Also he is having raised triglycerides which are part of lipids . He needs medicines for both .But I need to ask few questions before prescription of treatment

I have reviewed your reports among them urine report is normal , blood complete pic showing HB pretty good, platelets are good but rest report can not be viewed.kindly send it again if you can but lipid profile in which cholesterol is on higher side , triglycerides are higher than normal.so you need to check you fasting blood glucose levels though it is not in urine but I want to see that why triglycerides are higher,and if it is more than 110mg /dl then kindly get your Hb1AC and utrasound abdomen empty stomach should be done.also tell me about that are you taking any medicine? is your bood pressure normal? are you smoker? then kindly do lifestyle changes like start brisk walk on morning for 30minutes a day 5 days in a week,stop smoking ,take healthy diet homemade chicken,meat not oily and spicy ,plenty of fruit and vegetables.increase water intake .do tell me about your height and weight.kindly visit this Dr who advise these test or your family physician for your well being . thanks

For Diabetes, specific tests have not been done. In these tests,lipid profile is derranged, and total leukocyte count is also high. need further examination and evaluation.

A proper history is required for further commencement. Labs showed lymphocytosis. D/D is chronic infection plus high triglycerides need a statin with proper follow up.
apkay father ki diet mn issues hen. medicine sab thek kr de gi but it will recur again. consult me to not only control his diabetes but treat all of his conditions and lethargy as well

as per reports ap ke father ke white blood cells ziada hain and blood me nuqsan dene wali charbi (TG) ke miqdar bhe barhi hue hai. ye test shayad kch arsa pehly ke hain. abhi ap ke walid sb kese hain.
That lymphocytes count slightly raised it means some chronic inflammation going on inside his body. Needs further evaluation by history taking on video consultation
