My daughter having fever since last ten days. Doctor prescribed panadol and antibiotic. 5 days completed. Again yesterday she had fever and feeling cold.
Do FBC n urine test

Kindly do following investigation.
CBC
CXR
check fevfe with thermometer for 2 minutes. if again fever of 100 then get done blood culture test
for proper diagnosis and management need to be visited by a senior general physician specialist
Continue antibiotic and Panadol for two more days. If no relief then since the patient is feeling cold and fever then she will have to be put on antimalarials.

Well it depends upon the source of infection. Doctor must have examined her throat. Bacterial sore throat needs 7 to 10 days antibiotic treatment. To exclude malaria amd dengue she might need blood tests.

get blood cs, mpict, mp smear, urine dr and cs, cxr,. needs proper history and examination
maam, bachi buhut choti hai, sirf panadol ilaj nahi. cbc, urinalysis aur x ray chest karwa lejiye, bukhar kitna hai?koi diarrhea, vomiting, cough tou nahi?
