Most of the times during travelling or during work, I need to go to washroom too many times. In winters I need to go to urinate more than ten or twelve times a day, it feds me up when I need to urinate in every ten minutes. In the same way I go for stool more than the other people, normally I go three times and sometimes more than this. Kindly guide me what should I do to solve this problem.
