Pain and pressure in lower abdomen from 2-3 days but increased today. Pain is above and all around the belly button and in lower abdomen with nausea and body aches. I sometimes feel pressure on the right side in lower abdomen. I didn’t have constipation last night but today morning constipation started.
Get Ultrasound Abdomen and Pelvis done.
Blood complete Picture , Urine Routine Examination & Ultrasound abdomen & pelvis. Also press abdominal area below &!to right side of belly button.

get usg abdomen urgently to rule out appendicitis
you should go to nearby emergency for examination, appendicitis is most likely
is you pain persistent or irregular.
do you feel fever,pain on fixed spot on pressure.get urine RE, CP, ultrasound abdomen done.
use light diet and report urgent
you should visit near hospital and consult general surgeon

there are a lot of causes that can present like this. you need to consult medical specialist/ gastroenterologist for detailed examination and history.

Where you perfect before this? Did you experience similar pain before? What Was the diet? Any relation of food? Are your monthly cycle regular? Do the pain increase on pressing any particular Point or with any movement? Is pain continuous or increase? Type of pain.
