I want to know how this kind of fracture hot treated as According to CT scan it show 2 minor bone fragments little bit displaced according to doctor its so minor that we can’t do surgery on that so my question is that how those get aligned themselves with just cast?
Anterior Facet of Calceneus fracture. Needs surgery usually. But in this case the piece seems to be very small so no surgery.
back slab for 5 weeks it will heal no need of surgery after 5 weeks do physiotherapy

pop boot for 6 to 8 weeks
check x rays after pop boot remove

Thank you but my concern is that how will they get aligned themselves naturally then because it seens little displaced too

They might get aligned naturally or they might not. But nothing can be done so, no other option.

Hard to say at this point. Its a 50-50 chance. Usually you will forget these even exist if you do good rehab after removal of cast.
