Mera 33 din phly fracture hua tah collarbone ka. Abhi prso x-ray krwya hy wo same hi hy jis trah phly din tah. Actually Mera overlapping case hy and secondly, 100 percent displace b hay. X-ray 32 din ka share kr rha hu Kindly suggest me better option
Needs surgery platting
Open reduction and internal plate fixation.
ORIF with S plate..
needs surgery .. plating
Need to evaluate first and then Xrays with proper placement of shoulder belt. if satisfactory reduction is achieved surgery can be avoided

Figure of 8 sling is not recommended. Physical evaluation is necessary

Observation if 1 there is no neurological deficit. 2 : if there is no tenting on skin . Start physio
please get fresh x-rays,
according to x-rays view,
one must go for surgery and if it's been that much,
probably bone grafting may be needed.
Take an appointment of Orthopedic surgeon
if this overlap and 33 days over and there is nothing neurological or musculoskeletal problem and movements are restricted then should go for physio...because only physio can restore the movements....

Salam, this will never heal. usually we don't operate such fracture because it doesn't cause any problem in future . you don't have to worry and don't repeat x-ray unless you have some problem related to that. thanks

Last 2 weeks sy mujhy phr kafi severe pain ho rhi hy, specially subha jab uthta hu coz left side pr bnda soty huy chla jata hy.
It's my today 7 august 2023 X-ray. Fracture 24 july 2022 ko hua tha. Almost 1 year & 2 weeks ho gay han. (Also, there is no tentation on skin) But it's very stressful and painful these days. Aesa feel hota hy jesy ksi n shoulder pr dabao dala hua hy.
Kindly give me your gorgeous recommendations.
