Asking for Self, Female, 32 years old, Germany
Dear Doctors, I have a question about the possibility, is there a possibility to revert the False Curvature of legs at the age of 32 (as the bones are grown up)? As recently the inner joint rubbing started to happen and cause injury-like pain on the skin. Second: Is it genetic?
if it is possible then can any exercise help in curing this?
you need to see an orthopaedic surgeon for consultation
The correction is not possible. But it is possible to prevent the deformity from further worsening.

Hi, this is called valgus deformity of knee joint. you need to get x-ray of both legs from hip to toe and examined by Orthopedic surgeon who will determine angle of valgus deformity and status of knee joint. bone osteotomy of distal femur can correct the deformity and prevent osteoarthritis of knee in future. Thanks
