First of all you cannot see cartilage in x-ray. Only bones. Not good x rays for comments. needs to see a physician with likely new x rays, weight bearing. We would be happy to see her at Liberty Spine and Sports Clinic. Thanks.
cartilage loss would not be visible on radiograph. some joint space narrowing is appreciated in AP view. however its unusual in a 24 yr old. consultation with ortho surgeon is recommended.
