It depends upon type of injury. Was that secondary to trauma? What is his profession? What is his hand dominance? It definitely needs an MRI and further evaluation.

Needs MRI. Meanwhile give him a rigid splint for comfort and advise him hand Elevation and icing

clinical examination and mri scan to grade the type of injury. then decision can be made about medicine or surgery
its looks more like distal radioulnar joint subluxation. diagnosis reconfirm krna chahiey phir treatment honi chahiey.
PRP is best for TFCC injury
Clinical assessment is required and if it is painful TFCC tear than if initial splintage does not work I would prefer to inject it with either steroid or PRP
After complete examination and MRI assessment 1st of classify the type of injury then treatment accordingly
