I'm suffering from severe knee pain, it doesn't feel while standing or walking but feel intensely when I try to sit specially in washroom. I am unable to offer my prayer on mat. I am 15 weeks pregnant too.
Do you feel knee pain in both knees and what about climbing or coming down stairs?
At your age at 30 the most likely cause is chondromalacia patellae which is softening of knee cap under surface. You should Google isometric quadriceps exercises and do one of these. Also have your uric acid checked.

pain is only in right knee and yes I feel it too while climbing the stairs
