Your symptoms are quite suggestive of asthma. Your Spirometry is not 100% diagnostic due to suboptimal technique. Asthma is a treatable condition, not curable. Asthma inhalers work very well and I would consider a trial of inhaler followed by repeat spirometry. Dr Sarwar Chaudhry FRACP, FCCP

You need to control nose allergy as well as asthma. Controlling one does not control other. Also if one aspect is bad, other get bad too.
