Workup required
age weight? ETT echo required baselines with lipid profile and TFts
you need more test for definite diagnosis and treatment. see some cardiologist
stop smoking if you smoke.Do echo cardiogram.Consult a cardiologist.
Are you smoker? There should be some history of asthma or anxiety ,any caffeine intake history,vitals sp02 ? Chest examination is required
Any other symptoms like chronic cough alongwith sob.,any history of fever.duration og these symptoms... need cbc with esr n crp ...
It needs proper examination and complete blood count . You should also get stress ecg that will help out if you have any heart issues or not... at your age ,if you are pallor,feel lethargic ,diet is not good can be anemia otherwise we need to rule out by echocardiography. But must check your oxygen saturation levels .can think about pulmonary function tests. Your history described here is so brief .need a complete history n workup.

And yes if you have history of fever ,cough and sorethroat and then you were never worked up those days for covid infection . Just remind if you have some allergy flu history too.
