Talk to Liver on Liver Function Test

I recently had Liver Function Test and few enzymes were above the normal range, particularly SGPT (ALT) 116 U/L and SGOT (AST) 38 U/L. The same day, I also had Anti HCV, HBsAg, Anti HIV - 1 & 2 tests, and they were all non-reactive. I am concerned about high ALT and AST values. Please help.
